Supposedly the auditor had the funeral then COVID then COVID again and there was a hospital issue.

Not many more excuses in Henry tool box he can toss out at this point other than the deals he is working on are delayed for some other issues.

I go back to my prior statement. The book keeping is not up to par to seal the deal on what is required for gaap standards.

This means some of these inked deals that are requiring gaap audit can’t be completed and the entire thing starts unravel.

I wish we were in a better place. Now Henry is saying some of the intel floating around is made up by investors and he would have never said this that and the others.
