I have never seen an instance where Mr. Darcy
has not put out a timely report, he has always
made the necessary filings as required by the
SEC.

That's Good Enough For Me....

This presently is an OTC stock so talks about
shareholders meetings and such make me laugh.

Given time I'm 100% positive that there will
be such meetings, just let them do what they
are doing.
