Lordstown motors have nothing to do with the GM China battery deal. What ever GM does will be close by and if lordstown decide to use them in their pickup and other vehicles it will be just like any other supplier.
Nothing new in any of this.
They are “building” an electric pickup, mostly by assembling components from other manufacturers, just like GM Ford even Tesla and certainly Nikola

I think these batteries are just in infancy. Look at a couple of the battery companies attempting to design new ones.
In a year or 2 we should see improved batteries.
For these last miled eelivery systems the total distamce is not as important as vehicals which will be
traveling long distances. ie 8 hr drives. But battery cost will be important.

DPHC warrants the conversion for stock is 3 warrants +11.50 to get 1 share They will call the warrants if SP is over $18 which may be why the stock is dropping as it looks like the 22nd will be the date the roll into thenew comany. Not sure yiu knew this Sofair price for these warrrant would be at the SPof 18 2.17.
I sold all my warrants. Holding sahres waiting to add more shares.
