seems the battery portion of the diamondpeak/ride merger does not include
the battery that is the most costly part of an electric truck or car or any vehicle that depends on the battery to run these vehicles

the battery deal does not seem to include to be part of this merger / that is a separate deal between a china based battery company and ?????

its not clear to me right now that they intend to have the battery company included in the spac merger

has anyone else noticed this yet ????
