If you read the 8/10 BIEL letter/press release Dr. Staelin explains the difficultly of marketing to the entire US.

Changing to the OEM/Licensing business plan allows BIEL's sales department to market at a low cost, one on one, with large companies that have the deep pockets needed to educate consumers and sell PSWT products.

The per device profit is lower than selling retail out of ActiPatch.com but the volume is exponentially larger and overhead is much lower with each Partner we sign.

The 4 OEM Partners and the 1 Licensing Partner that BIEL has signed confirm that this is a viable strategy.
