Talking 'non medicine' it's a big market' - and expected to keep growing.

And to think 'that it' can actually (most likely will) make your CDV health worse - it's a mad world out there'. But a market that size - you don't just change overnight. It will take decades to get the message out. :)

And have to say' getting the message out CBB's point about BP's better muscles to do that 'effectively' - not wasting valuable years - makes a lot of sense.

The patent doesn't have anything to do with clinical trials - they're required by the FDA, not the USPTO. Patent only comes into play when it goes on the FDA OB and for defending against ANDA filers. Well, sort of - nobody would ever run a clinical trial if they didn't have patent protection first - that's why it's so rare for supplements to have RCT data, won't help you make money because you can't patent them. The only trials on DS are done because they're funded by the NIH and universities or some other non-profit group.
