Yes, as I recall it was Rockstar they bought. FTC had a halt on it for about 12 weeks, then PepsiCo got final approval to finish buying total control of Rockstar for the 2.85 Billion dollars.

#Covid19 news and stock market crash buried #PepsiCo #Rockstar the news. I was watching "PepsoCo news" and checking because of my DD that showed me and NDTP deal might happen this year. Then seeing the Rockstar news was my second major lights on clue.

I have very good reason to believe a deal with PepsiCo could be in the works with NDTP. PepsiCo already did its first third party drink line with PepsiCo about 12 weeks ago, it was unknown pharmaceutical company drink line, that has nothing like $NDTP has to offer in a drink.

I think the OTCmarkets address is the CEO's home office, based on older historical records. Not sure what the hotel like looking address on the website is all about, probably a conference room and mail box rental for now. The phone on OTCmarkets is the CEO's Mobil number, but he will take or return calls, due to the dark period and the SEC 15-12g status of the firm.

Once the SEC filing drops, I am sure they will be talking, with out the need for NDA-agreements.

Right now, the company operations are at Univ of Penn Medical Research hospital where all the work was done under a 7 year JV R&D effort.

Mathias of the Carlyle Group (co founder and director, now a consultant to them, manages over 200 Bil dollars in finds, listed on Nasdaq) is the second largest shareholder and is a director of the Univ of Penn Trust that manages what be must 25,000 patents and pending patents.

Larry Kubin is deeply involved, and is listed as the Managing director of Donnelley Financials solutions that is a software and Public company reporting firm for major wall street firms that has a Bil dollar market cap on NYSE. And Yarbrough, who ran the Bil dollar Cision Firm listed on Nasdaq was bought for about a billion dollars about 6 months. He and Larry Kubin (2 time super bowl winner)own 10% each of the private Biotech (per 2016 SEC records. And Larry Kubin has been a major face and mover of the UPennMed #TBI Traumatic Brain Injury repair research efforts. He was the key note speaker at their last conference late last year, before #Covid19 ended those public events.

So we have a 3 time drink line CEO, and 3 titans of Wallstreet that funded the private Biotech for 7 years, with UPennMed and NIH grant funding, that bringing the BBB Blood Brain Barrier crossing brain self repair tech, nutrient Nano delivery tech to market with a R/M that created (converted Milv) to $NDTP.

Oh, and the $NDTP Nano Delivery Technology Pharmaceuticals Inc website is registered to Larry Kubin. Bingo!!!

I think $NDTP may be a customer of Donnelley Solutions.

These folks could/can raise 40 Mil dollars in an underwritten offering in a heart beat and have $NDTP on the NYSE exchange overnight.

Thanks for questions.

This is a valid question:

Also, why do all the addresses for this company show up as hotels?

8616 Westwood Center Drive
Suite 314
Vienna, VA 22182

is the address of a Marriott Residence Inn, and has been listed as the company's location in a few places.

No PO box? No office? He's running it out of a hotel room?
