I will say, this time around, it seems like it’s on the auditors. She submitted the file a week or two before the deadline. The auditors have had it for 3+ weeks. It shouldn’t take more than 1-1.5 weeks. With that said, they should look at a new CPA firm.

Melissa! Read me! Read me!!!!

Hello Madam CEO...

Well, I guess you are aware by now, OTC traders can make or break a stock as we have seen with ABMC. Institutions not allowed to touch the PINKS so if you don't meet OTC trader's expectations, your stock plummets and it may never recover because so many got left holding the bag at purchases made $.50 and above to $1.00+ that as soon as the stock tries to rise, selling ensues discouraging other buyers to buy a stock that won't increase in price.

As you know, if you want to list on Nasdaq, your stock price has to be a minimum of $3.00. You NEED OTC traders to buy your stock since institutions can't.

You can try and R/S with the 25M shares you have to get the price up to that, but then there's not enough shares for liquidity to happen.

Every, let me repeat, EVERY support level on the way up from .20's was broken and broken hard. Many big players sold out and may never return because they already got a taste of the future by living the past with Melissa.

The 200,000+ traders on iHub all know about ABMC and how it's not a stock to get stuck in. That didn't have to happen. The momentum of ABMC going up was lost when no information was shared about progress until the 10Q. OTC traders thrive on accurate information to make them feel confident a company is legit, but the company MUST PROVIDE INFORMATION ABOUT PROGRESS even before material events occur.

With all that said, maybe you are so quiet about information because of pending deals or mergers so you cannot inform shareholders of progress in the business. If something major and concrete happens with ABMC, then traders will return, but this time, you're gonna need to "play the game" if you want your stock to continue to rise rather than traders just flipping it.

Thanks for listening!
