CEO’s job is to keep company current with filings - she failed to do that. I have been at my company for 20 years now and we never, not even once, missed filing on time. You know why? Because we have a competent CEO that knows his responsibilities and holds his people accountable. If Melissa is busy as you state, she should be delegating some of her tasks to her people - that’s what CEO is supposed to do. I’m not saying she is not busy, she probably is but that doesn’t excuse her for not filing on time. It’s not like she has to do it weekly - it’s a quarterly report!!! Anyway, I hope she files Q2 soon and gets caught up like she says.
