Hi Bbstock, have you looked into the 1-A/A form for this company released on July 24? Wondering if you knew what this means as I’m sure you know more about this stuff than me. Looks like it’s an offering of potentially 100M shares to raise capital and have 12 months to do so with an offering price of .03. My question is wouldn’t they want to get this well above .03 so they’re able to issue those 100M shares and raise that capital? May sound dumb but I’m not to familiar with penny plays, more of a chart guy but scooped some shares today for the hell of it.
