And that is for a corporation that is doing the issuing - and that stock is RESTRICTED and cannot be resold. Here the board is talking about private parties RESELLING stock. Stock which is NOTT registered (see SEC Revocation of UOIP Registration (2019)). The previous registration of UOIP is REVOKED. It no longer exists. The shares are no longer registered and are no longer able to be resold to other individuals.

Or do you think Marco Glisson was framed by the SEC and DOJ? Four years in prison.
