Jasbg
Your wife may be just having a brief arrythmia causing palps and nervousness. However, she is approaching the bewitching age of maturity, and so Atrial Fibrillation becomes a possibility. I think an arrythmia monitor, also known as a Holter or Event Monitor could be worn for several days, to capture one of these palpitation events. IF it is Atrial Fibrillation, she will need a blood thinner as a prophylaxis to prevent stroke, arther than Vascepa. For those in Europe (for now), you will have to get Epadel shipped to you, which any licensed Mochida distributors can do. Hopefully, Thero et al will quit dragging their feet soon, and things will change for the better by New Year's 2021.

Jasbg...if your wife does have A-FIB...you may want to have platelets checked..in the US there are a few alternatives to blood thinners if there are low platelets.
