hell yeah could be offering $2-5 PPS for all we know change the ticker and boom do the Nasdaq direct list route, https://www.zerohedge.com/markets/nasdaq-requests-rule-change-sec-allow-direct-listings pretty much feel that is a slam dunk since they approved it for NYSE months ago

the best thing about seeing this, is that it means rest of filings should follow-
can't raise money on the greys- any accredited investor, fund, etc will all demand that first.
no way they would file this without all the rest coming, filings , 211 , name and ticker change

So for an accredtied investor that needs to purchase the offering at a $10,000.00 minimum what do they get in return?
The Form D doesnt state what they are buying into. Are they getting preferred or common shares? Whats the price per share for their $10,000.00.
Something stinks about that FORM D.

All the SEC has done with that on August 26th press release is revise who can be listed as an accredited investor. There has been no change to the listing requirements for Nasdaq.
