Cerebian did dilute with a "stop sign" on otcmarkets.com back in February/March, "stop sign" has been up since October last year.... it was a total of 50 million shares (exactly).

As far as diluting now, they haven't since the Share Structure is being updated daily! And the longs here already know this.

What you stated is incorrect and it's misinforming and misleading the public,..so please,..do your research.
