Since their investment Bank had a hand in this offering it's likely that the tutes aren't the usual tutes Maxim would use. Explains the change from PIPE to RDO.

Thanks for clarification. I hope you are right. Hell, I hope they are still holding all of them.

Just sour because I feel like Sintx could have the holy grail for COVID, but are not pursuing it hard enough with the right partners. Even though the process is normally slow, I feel like if the were working with a big boy partner things would be more likely to move faster (in this unique case).

Obviously, I know nothing that is going on behind the scenes, but that is my perception.

Who knows, maybe Sintx and O2 get snatched up as nice package deal for big player.
