Unfortunately there's also that. But remember: Singer's appeal looks really good and utterly relies on Covington's work. That hardly exculpates Covington, but again the trial evidence and precedent argued overwhelmingly favored Amarin. So "much more could and should have been done" by Judge Du in recognizing that.
