Reason this isn't moving is He is duluting this like crazy 30 million more added to un-restricted Unrestricted 90,895,418 Picture is old O/S He complains about Not getting the price above .01 area but yet keeps dumping shares before there is much share holder awareness what an idiot kind of suspect while what they are doing looks great I think he doesn't have the IQ to pulled it off and get enough funding to keep it a float before this end up at .01 but considering I've been right about the O/S Going up via dilution...
