Email explanation on a/s increase

We did it in anticipation of a big acquisition as I told you today however I’ve put that on hold due to the amount of shares that had to be given because of the .01 cent price and the company would not agree to the .05 cent price. So that being said I’ll keep it at 1.5B as I need some room here to grow since the market doesn’t think we are work anymore than .01 cent lol.



Its just the authorised its doesn’t mean its issued.
