That was just a move to delay, now the story about the sec is gone and the "plan" will be revealed after the vote. But knowing OWCP, it's likely that after the vote the next excuse will be given to not publish a business plan. Keep the carrot on the stick!
It's not that hard to create a business plan, nor is it to create and distribute products. And if your plan and product are made by someone with a half of a brain, it's not that hard to find investments for it. I've helped facilitate this for many of my clients.
I believe a CEO and everyone closely involved in a business should invest their OWN money as well. That's the only way to make sure they will be motivated to bring success. This is not the case here.
