Ziv does have skin in the game to the tune of 44 million preferred shares that Sunbeam holds now..They are partners.
I guess you forgot about the fact that Bignitz tried to screw Ziv among many others and that Ziv was awarded a settlement of 725k worth of preferred shares.
But Bignitz didn't stop there.
It was impossiblw for Ziv to convert the shares..as Bignitz was complicating things.
That's when Ziv and Jeffrey Low worked out an arrangement.
What you don't understand is there is a very strong relationship between the two men both on a business and personal basis.
