only has 40 pages, and Singer's appeal briefs are even shorter. Maybe you're referring to Singer's brief Appendix(s)? I don't have those saved to my PC - where can I get them? Actually, just posting what's said on pg 158 of whatever doc you're referring to would be good enough, would just be "nice" to have the appendix, would be nice to know if it was a Covington doc or Singer doc too.
