I would not be surprised if they have institutions buying and holding... reducing the float... INTL has been active in past few weeks.

I just checked the OFFICIAL Facebook and TWITTER pages of TPTW and no such statements have been made by this company.
PURE BUNKEM! For the float to be reduced from its current 741 million shares TPTW would have to do a buyback. That hasnt happened.
