Bottom Line--working with an advisor does not just happen. They have certain earnings standards that CDIX has to qualify for in order for them to even consider the relationship. I think this is good news as the earnings will grow with a decent acquisition.... But that's the bet--If they uplift to the Nasdaq--this is a 4.00 stock minimum. Put 5k on the line and trade it..
How to accumulate stock--Place a large position for sell at .14 and buy everything under that price. When demand hits remove the sell block and watch as the bid goes up... Looks like the Boutique Bank has a market maker on this that's been told to buy...Good business...
