Probably going to take a little bit of luck--
In the filings they mention a "Boutique Bank"--a quick GOOG search pulls up quite a few possibilities. Bottom Line--working with an advisor does not just happen. They have certain earnings standards that CDIX has to qualify for in order for them to even consider the relationship.
I think this is good news as the earnings will grow with a decent acquisition....
But that's the bet--If they uplift to the Nasdaq--this is a 4.00 stock minimum.
Put 5k on the line and trade it..
