#8377 RE: craignortheast #8376

Purely conjecture on my part Craig, but my gut tells me Leigh may be liquidating some of his shares..............but isn't willing to do so at any cost. After all, why would one sell them all at these prices if you could wait and get twice as much? The reason I think it's Leigh is that the selling began EXACTLY one year after his departure, and by exactly, I mean to the day.

But like I said, that's all conjecture, that's all a guess. Maybe his shares weren't locked up for a year, but it seems more likely that they were. I know Leigh is off in his own world, doing his own thing in a number of different arenas. Maybe he needs some cash. In any event, I doubt he would exit his position entirely. Of all people, he more than any should know the potential in NGW and where this company is headed.

Bear in mind, all this may be nothing more than horse feathers. Maybe he hasn't sold a single share, maybe he's sold them all. But then again, maybe I'm dead-on.

Who knows? Certainly not me. One could make themselves crazy trying to peer into the tea leaves and discern information. That's why this California Carpenter tries to focus almost entirely on fundamentals. Most of us have been riding this train for more than a year, some for much longer than that. When most of us got in, the train was still in the station and didn't even have an engine attached. But all that has changed. And the company is just now realizing the fruits of all that hard work, all that risk, all that planning. Things are falling into place at a rapid pace. Profitability, new revenue streams coming on line, better and more profitable marketing campaigns, name recognition and a head spinning demand for what they produce.

With all that as a back-drop, why anyone would sell at these levels is beyond me. But for every share sold, there is a buyer. The demand for shares will continue to grow. Word will get out, new investors will come in and just like their product, demand will outstrip supply eventually.

We are headed above $.25 very shortly.

THAT's my two cents.
