Chances are you've never ran a public company so your belief really doesn't matter.
SOLI got themselves in a bit of hot water with that one press release despite anyone with a brain seeing what they really meant. It makes sense to stay quiet so there is less FINRA/SEC need to go over when completing the 211 and subsequent requests.
There are a lot of important people/funds/investors that can’t buy grey stocks so if you are management why worry about putting out information to push the price up? The time will come when they’ll execute their PR campaign. We saw it beginning in February/March before the SEC overreacted/overreached because of a poorly written PR.
SOLI didn’t stop doing business, expanding and making a ton of money. Shareholders, current and future, will be handsomely rewarded.
