They're not saying hydrogen peroxide is proprietary. The solution is and it happens to contain hydrogen peroxide. This whole thing boils down to grammar. It's stupid.
That is not a problem the way I read it. It is not saying hydrogen peroxide is proprietary it is referring to the FORMULATION that contains Hydrogen Peroxide. This is the problem with lawyers. All of this is left up to interpretation and assumptions of intent. Unless it's written in Latin two people will never read it the same.
No. They’re saying the formula, of which one ingredient is hydrogen peroxide is proprietary. Nothing wrong with that. The issue is wether or not the product is epa registered.
