I agree. Something seems very fishy as I have never seen the SEC this NIT-PICKY on PRs that were released months prior. This is very corrupt.

Sure there is something wrong. The original reads:

Utilizing a proprietary formulated EPA registered Hydrogen Peroxide disinfectant, developed with a surfactant, or surface active agent, Oxi Thyme improves efficiency by lowering surface tension.

It should read:

Utilizing a EPA registered Hydrogen Peroxide disinfectant, and developed with a surfactant, or surface active agent, our proprietary formulated Oxy Thyme improves efficiency by lowering surface tension.

Don't just read it, say it out loud as if you were doing a commercial. Then you will see why the wording is wrong.

From The SEC:

The Commission temporarily suspended trading in the securities of RBII because of questions regarding the accuracy and adequacy of information in the marketplace about RBII and its common stock. Those questions relate, in part, to statements in April 16, 2020 and July 17, 2020 press releases in which RBII suggested that some of the products it claims to have launched in response to COVID-19, including Oxithymol, the Oxi Thyme system, and/or their ingredients, are approved by the CDC or registered with the EPA
