I sold a while ago, well before the disaster, but at some point it has got to be a buy. THINGS NOW HOLDING IT DOWN:

1.tougher language by the army corp in their most recent announcement where they said there were significant impacts on the environment.

The company said this is all just the process and they have been on a mitigation plan for months.

Tom and Ron might have been better served had they been more forceful the past 5 months about the need for a mitigation plan, constantly stressing this but that is hindsight at this point.

But

2. When you combine this "new" press release language(the company says it is not new) from the ACOE, people start getting suspicious. They start thinking, JR opened his trap, then the president seems to suggest that he can give the yea or nay on the process (he cannot at this late stage), and combine with the corruption of the federal workers, of which the ARMY is one, and then the LEFT jumps in, publishing a completely fake story, totally unfounded, based on "anon sources" that the "TRump ADMINISTRATION IS DOING AN ABOUT FACE ON THE PEBBLE PROJECT,"....This is a completely fabricated story politico pumped out, but then all the other left media companies go with it.

3. Trump needs now to come out and say something, but maybe he does not want to irritate independents before the election, that is what I am positive he must be thinking.....but if he did that, he should have said something initially when his kid came out of the closet. Trust be told this happened so quickly I think he was sort of ambushed at that press conference so quickly....

4 what will turn this around now? The mitigation plan? Yes, but that is only if the ACOE accepts it. Everybody knows the federal workers are corrupt, might they now jerk the company around? Is the Deep state involved with the ACOE, where previously it never has been, but Jr. opened this all up, wrecking a seamless process a 2000 page report, 2.4 years of work by hundreds of men and women who are professionals. He just had to go ahead and open his big mouth and virtue signal that he was an environmentalist, a powerful word that means a ton to the left.....Now they know they have him now. He has been incredibly aggressive after this tweet on twitter, tweeting now hard line stuff, imho he knows he really screw the pooch..
