You are asking very germaine questions, IMO.

tampa- One possible reality...

in light of my last post...is that maybe, just maybe, the OEM's see the eventual inevitability of a fully programmable solution, in order to really enable the Web Services revolution. Maybe the TPM is a simple, easy way to indoctrinate people, slowly, to the idea of the paradigm change, while saving functionalities that will continue the upgrade cycle for years. I just don't think we get the play we're getting from these gorillas, as a 'thrown bone'.

As always, I hope I'm something close to right.

Intel's because without Wave's Tech All TCG PC's
will deploy as Bricks....
