So what do you think happens if both the crossover placebo groups and the treatment group all lived longer by about the same amount and we don't see a statistically significant different? Do they just ignore that > 20% of the patients lived 5 years where SOC the 5 year % survival would be close to zero? What about the subgroups that have even more striking survival % (e.g. >40%)? Does the FDA simply say trial failed and no approval. That seems to defy common sense IMHO.
