APPL will have 17.2 billion shares Sept 1.
That will be a little more than 2 shares at $125 each for every single human on the planet. Redhawk just needs a plan to build the business, which it seems they do.

1.5B shares at 5 cents is only 75M in market cap... that seems entirely plausible right now given what we know about their portfolio, no? 15M annual revenue in 2021, seems doable? Just selling 323 units daily Mon-Fri every week of the Sannd mini at the discounted price is 15M annually. That easily justifies a SP of 5 cents, no?
