jas-sp nowhere b/c app. risk + 0 faith JT can execute EU and ROW. If JT would have announced EU BO or partnership, w.s. confidence would have brought sp to about $10. Now all sp has to look forward is an appeal win, which will bring us to $15-18, so the price is waiting for Sept. 2.
