Are you sure about the common shares Cancellation? I bet RCPIQ won't be canceled! Otherwise it would not surge to 0.0059 from 0.0003!

Anyway buying RCPIQ at 0.0059 = buying its peer (LIQDQ) at 0.0166 vs at 0.0016 now!

Buying RCPIQ at current price 0.0020 = buying LIQDQ at 0.0056!

I guess most likely RCPIQ will become a Clean shell like some of its CH7 peers.
