The shares WILL be cancelled, and anyone holding the shares will lose 100% of their investment.

But before that, the SEC can suspended and revoke the registration at any time for delinquent filings, OR FINRA can suspend and revoke the trading symbol.

Regardless, RCPIQ has no value of any kind. The stock is worthless, and anyone foolish enough to disregard the facts will pay for it with a 100% loss.
