It didn't matter what JL or MSX did it was a witch hunt and the BCSC had all of the evidence that they wanted to halt MSX. They did this based on O false and fraudulent affidavit.
Now on Sept 3 the BCSC has to come clean on all of the proceedings.
Once they do their next move will be extremely interesting.
