Exactly what I found. EWLL either still owns Phzio OR has a signifant ownership of Bistro while being a VAR of Phzio. Either way, we're good.

It's possible that Ewellness Healthcare never owned the IP. Ewellness Healthcare and Bistromatics Inc. were/are very intermingled and run by the same people. There is evidence thset Bistromatics Inc. exists for the sole purpose of managing the telehealth portfolio for Ewellness Healthcare.

Quite frankly, until a few months ago why would it matter and who would care who really owned the IP?

They may be establishing a transition audit trail of ownership rights on paper as part of a larger plan; similar to the first appearance of "DBA Phzio Telehealth" in the most recent 8k. A plan, in my opinion, that does not include Ewellness Healthcare existing in the long term. The business (Ewellness Healthcare) will transition to a clean entity, Phzio Telehealth, and the ownership of the technology solutions (the only thing with POTENTIAL long term value) will NOT be owned by Ewellness Healthcare (if it ever really was in the first place).

In my opinion, nothing shady or devious going on. It's just business. What that means to EWLL share value... Who knows?
