You can't transfer IP rights of something unless you own it/ have significant ownership in it, right?? If they dont own it, then the below would not have been published to the SEC and risk fraud claims, inspection, etc.. Their entire business for the past 7 years, all this money spent, has been for PHZIO. If it wasn't then they would have been investigated a long time ago for false claims of ownership of a platform.
