Of course- B for c is so critical to the nation and the world based on RBL data that the US govt could not push faster and spend the 35k for corona patients' benefit.

They can give away millions to many companies but that $35,000- that needs to be paid by IP even though B is so crucial to our corona effort.

That makes a lot of sense.

You have declined/neglected to respond to my last dozen (or so) posts that asked questions like this one....questions about statements that you have made. So I don't really expect you to respond to this one, but somebody had to ask.
Sunday afternoon seems an unusual time to report a conversation based on a call to the CEO, especially given the import of the content. I'm sure you agree that this is no small thing....
