You have declined/neglected to respond to my last dozen (or so) posts that asked questions like this one....questions about statements that you have made. So I don't really expect you to respond to this one, but somebody had to ask.
Sunday afternoon seems an unusual time to report a conversation based on a call to the CEO, especially given the import of the content. I'm sure you agree that this is no small thing....

...and I would expect you to have reported it to the board within minutes of hearing it (maybe that's just me).

I'm not squawking about non-public information, though I think I could. All I'm asking is "When did you call him"?
