LS, hate to even contemplate this, but the only thing I can think is that the Administration, (should anything whatsoever take place in what has been a seamless, science based process by the ARmy Core)...must be trying to grab support from independent voters. They do not need to do this, imho.....totally unnecessary as Trump is gonna win by a landslide, complete landslide, but if they do something to try to push the timeline past November, this would be such a shame. The only influence to do so would be Don Jr's long arms.
The only reason, since there is no reason based on science, is to grab some independent voters (who are nutbags and closet libs). The project is and will be, one of the greenest development mines on the entire planet earth as currently contemplated and planned. Jr must be saying that fatjer Trump can grab another 1 or 2 percent of independents, which might bring in another state to his father's side.....or perhaps two states....maybe minnesota or oregon who really knows.....but this is totally unnecessary. There is long term harm also, never ever give a Tyrant any mercy because they just grab more and more. A tyrant does not negotiate. This is the only thing, if they modify anything whatsoever about Pebble process.
