Their is one thing you have not said it is not a done deal mr. klug will review everything and will make a decision he could say no deal.

The present times have had to have an effect on
the ability to go about daily business as usual.
I'm sure that the efforts taken to produce a
product here in the USA have been hampered by
the present health/safety issues throughout
the world.
To do a startup production and expand production
to produce our units here in the USA has had to
be met with some major challenges. These present
times are just not conducive to such an
undertaking, IMHO.

That's not to say that it isn't going on, I'm just
thinking that they may have been bogged down by
the present state of affairs.

Something to think about for sure.
