IF NWBO actually submits the material to get the scientific opinion, they could be blessed with the EAMS designation.

And then NWBO could provide DCVa-L for free as they can not charge for it.

Now, given that please tell me why this is anything of value? Hell, LP would be canabalizing here modest Specials revenue.

Doc. Ashkan back in the the 2018 ASCO talk saidhe was looking to get DCVax L ASAP.

With PIM in play, he might be able to get DCVax L to patients faster than with other route.

If Sawston is indeed being ramped up for production and 'good' TLD, patients may start to be able to get a game changer treatment against this dreadful disease.
