You’re so full of shit its coming out your ears. Posts like yours only help to try to scare people into selling. They are reorganizing debt from toxic lenders only. The share structure is unaffected the release mentioned specifically about protecting shareholders.
The bond issue is still alive and well, possible going live in the next couple of weeks with the potential to raise millions of dollars for expansion.
On top of that the toxic lenders are prevented from diluting the outstanding shares making existing shareholder positions even stronger than otherwise by not having their toxic conversions.
