No...it would be a buyout of one of the leading bio fertilizer companies in China that has ties to the Chinese government and government contracts. Very likely it could happen
The Stock price has dropped because of No 10Q's. It has nothing to do with how the Company has performed in the past 7 months.
A buyout easily could be in the works to take the Company private. If this happens, I believe a FMV buyout would be necessary and it would be based on the actual results for this year and the future, which I see in a positive light as well as all of these other Shareholders.
