In this instance... your statement "a bridge to far " is inaccurate.... Judge Du's legal law clerk overviewed by Judge Du's court administrator were quite instrumental in writing the ruling... HOW much was changed or added/deleted by the judge, we will never know in the final submitted ruling.... the errors speak for themselves ....
What is interesting to me is how Judges seem to handle their understanding of the field using a neophyte. That would be like an academic medical Professor leaving a medical student or first year intern to find out what was the state of the art in his/her field prior to delivering a state of the Art review lecture to the scientific world...just not done.Lays one open to enormous errors.
