if you recall a few years back it was disclosed during debates that 47% of people don't pay taxes.... and those are only the legal workers (US citizens, legal residents) and doesn't include the 11-20M illegal aliens currently residing here. Yet somehow - it is still these same 53% of people who still don't pay their fair share. Never defined is the word 'fair'.
