New management came about this past september. The arranged deal with Aero was not announced until recently.

lol...the stock is up 477% this month. 1/2 to 3/4 of the trading is due to flippers...so talk of floats churning over are cheap. How does up 477% in a month...from .002..and basing nicely at .016-17 area..from .026 high..smell like dilution. Absolutely normal patterns thus far.
