Rumors of this merger with FCCN and another company (AERO) have been floating around since August of this year. Which means that this deal has perhaps been in the works for some time now.

This is a question that was raised to me by someone else via PM. I couldn't answer it. Maybe someone on the board can.

"This reeks of dilution. They say that the float is still 53 millions, but if we have traded the entire float how can we still be sitting at .017?"
