What you're saying is very correct. I really think we need to recognize that while they certainly missed on the initial estimate for TLD, since then they've been very open about telling us when each of the smaller steps was achieved, and they've given us the reason it's taken so long.
If they continue to keep us well informed, I believe we'll be notified of data lock, then we'll also be told that they have the data and are finally unblinded themselves. The next step is announcing TLD.
I would hope that with the announcement of TLD or shortly thereafter they'll be able to tell us when they intend to present the data for peer review. I'm still hoping that SNO is that choice, I believe the November date will give them sufficient time to prepare a proper presentation. I believe it would be made by Dr. Liau, but others could be included. Right now the conference isn't virtual, but I suspect that will change.
