What you're saying is very correct. I really think we need to recognize that while they certainly missed on the initial estimate for TLD, since then they've been very open about telling us when each of the smaller steps was achieved, and they've given us the reason it's taken so long.

If they continue to keep us well informed, I believe we'll be notified of data lock, then we'll also be told that they have the data and are finally unblinded themselves. The next step is announcing TLD.

I would hope that with the announcement of TLD or shortly thereafter they'll be able to tell us when they intend to present the data for peer review. I'm still hoping that SNO is that choice, I believe the November date will give them sufficient time to prepare a proper presentation. I believe it would be made by Dr. Liau, but others could be included. Right now the conference isn't virtual, but I suspect that will change.

Unfortunately LC stepped in between us. If not it would have been me against you, mano a mano, all late winter and into spring.

I still have mid Nov to early Feb though for the range where I win.

Of course the flip side is that means that for almost 4 months I have to pull for LP to actually get the damn results out,

Your contention really makes no sense at all. What gain is their in delaying DL for another month or so? Even if it were for another 4-5 months (which will not happen) what are you claiming? That they are in it for another few monthly paychecks? They think much, much bigger than that. The Nov suspension time frame is more or less irrelevant for most of those who hold them. I for one will not exercise my warrants on Nov 2, even if the SP is up to $1 to $2. They will be held much longer term for much bigger money. If I do want to sell in Nov (not likely) I have plenty of shares that I can sell, so I have no need or desire to exercise the warrant on Nov 2.

My 7/1/2021 TLD date in Evaluate's contest is still in play.

if I were in NWBO shoes and really wanted to stretch out the DL/TLD to a max I would not be reporting progress. I would make vague statements and keep Covid as an ongoing excuse for not being able to etc.

Yesterday Covid has been taken out of the loop and September is being repeated. So September we will see TLD.


Im much more concerned about the tens of millions of shares they will hit the market from Nov 1 on.
